Create a lead

  • If you are a user with the Root or Admin role, you can handle Leads.
  • Ordinary users need to have a profile with the permission to handle leads. [Allow user to handle Leads]

Create a new lead by clicking the app menu in the upper right corner and then click the Leads item.

A table with all existing leads in your organization will be presented.

Click the Create new lead button, then capture all details of your potential customer (name, phone number, email), and click the Save button.

You can perform different actions on a lead, such as converting the lead and all its related records to an account and contact. Add quotes or open cases, as well as delete it at any time.
