Open a case for a lead

  • If you are a user with the Root or Admin role, you can complete the operation.
  • Ordinary users need to have the following permissions on their profile to complete this operation.
    • Allow user to handle Leads
    • Allow user to handle Cases

Open cases to save information and track issues or incidents pending to solve for your potential clients.

Open the app menu in the upper right corner and then click the Leads item. Search and choose the lead for whom you want to create a new case.

Open the form menu and click on the Add new case option. A form to create the new case will be presented. Assign a subject, a detailed description, choose a priority and click the Save button.

Find the cases that belong to the lead by clicking on the Cases item on the left side when you are at the lead details page.
