Profiles

  • You need to have the Root role to handle Profiles.
  • If you are a user with the Admin role, you can handle Profiles.
  • Ordinary users do not have access to this page.

A profile helps to assign special permissions to users that do not have the role of Admin or Root. Permissions allow these users to make specific actions across your organization, while placing constraints on others. Actions tells what an user can do over catalogs, customer records and conversions.

Multiple users can share the same profile.

When new users join the organization, if it does not exist yet, a default profile is created and assigned.

To handle any profile, you must check the actions that the profile is allowed to do.
