• If you are a user with the Root or Admin role, you can complete the operation.
• Ordinary users need to have the following permissions on their profile to complete this operation.
  • Allow user to handle Accounts.

Use accounts to save information of entities with which you have relationships. Accounts serves as to containers to hold multiple types of records, such as

• Contacts
• Quotes
• Orders
• Invoices
• Document
• Cases
