Delete an account

  • If you are a user with the Root or Admin role, you can complete the operation.
  • Ordinary users need to have the following permissions on their profile to complete this operation.
    • Allow user to handle Accounts.
    • Allow user to handle Contacts (only if the account has related records).
    • Allow user to handle Quotes (only if the account has related records).
    • Allow user to handle Orders (only if the account has related records).
    • Allow user to handle Invoices (only if the account has related records).
    • Allow user to handle Documents (only if the account has related records).
    • Allow user to handle Cases (only if the account has related records).

You can delete an account at any time. This implies that all records related to it are deleted too at the same time. Be careful since this action can not be undone.

To delete an account, open the app menu in the upper right corner and then click the Accounts item. Find and select the account you want to delete. Then click on the form options menu and click on the option Delete. A dialog will appear to confirm the operation. Read your text carefully and click the Delete to confirm.
